Rollers

The belt filter press contains several rollers of different diameters. The main dewatering roller is porousand it's manufactured by grade 304 stainless steel, while other rollers are made of high quality seamless steel tubes  covered with rubber with the thickness of 8 to 20mm.

The pre-pressing porous roller has many holes that are uniformly distributed on its surface, and it can remove most of the entrained water to form the initial cake.
