- Belt washing systemThe belt washing system comprises connection pipe,spray nozzle,roller brush, valve,water shield and filter.The spray nozzle is made of grade 304 stainless steel, and each nozzle could be cleaned or replaced individually. With the help of this system,the belt filter press is able to continuously and effectively eliminate the remaining mud on the belt.

- The belt filter press contains several rollers of different diameters. The main dewatering roller is porousand it's manufactured by grade 304 stainless steel, while other rollers are made of high quality seamless steel tubes covered with rubber with the thickness of 8 to 20mm.

- Transmission systemThe transmission system of our belt press consists of transmission shaft,cycloidal pinwheel speed reducer and sealed bearing with housing. The transmission shaft is covered with high quality natural rubber to increase the coefficient of friction during transmission. A cycloidal pinwheel reducer from a well-known Chinese supplier is adopted.A frequency converter is used to control the motor speed,ensuring stable speed regulation for the belt.

- The pneumatic correction system for our belt press takes advanage of air cylinder, solenoid valve, proximity switch and other components to automatically track and correct the belt position. This system features sensitive action,reliable performance as well as long service life, and the belt is centered with a position error of less than 15mm in most cases.
